Manaliza Pro (manaliza.pro, "we", "us") is a content production platform for media teams. It helps you analyze videos, create short clips, plan and run live broadcasts, and publish content to accounts you connect. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use, store and share it, and how you can delete it.
Manaliza Pro uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
What we access and why (only when you choose to connect):
What we store: your channel ID, channel name and thumbnail; your OAuth access and refresh tokens, which are stored encrypted; the IDs and status of videos, broadcasts and calendar events created through Manaliza Pro; and live chat messages of your broadcasts, which are automatically deleted after 30 days.
How we share it: we do not sell Google user data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not use it to develop, improve or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models. We do not transfer it to third parties except as necessary to provide or improve the features you use (for example our hosting and storage providers), for security purposes, or to comply with applicable law. Humans at Manaliza Pro do not read this data unless you ask us to (for support), it is needed for security reasons, or it is required by law.
Limited Use disclosure: Manaliza Pro's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
How to revoke access: you can disconnect your YouTube channel or Google Calendar at any time in Manaliza Pro under Settings → Platform Integrations. Disconnecting revokes our access at Google and deletes the stored tokens. You can also remove Manaliza Pro's access from your Google Account at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.
If you connect a Facebook Page, an Instagram professional account, a Threads profile, a TikTok account, a LinkedIn profile or an X account, we receive the basic profile of that account (ID, name, username, profile picture) and the permissions you grant. We use them only to publish the posts, videos and clips that you or your team choose to share, to show their publishing status, and, for live streaming platforms, to send your broadcast. Access tokens are stored encrypted. We use these data in accordance with each platform's terms. You can disconnect any account at any time in Manaliza Pro, and you can also remove Manaliza Pro from the platform's own settings (for example "Apps and Websites" on Facebook and Instagram).
When you use AI features (such as video analysis, summaries, titles or clip suggestions), the content you submit for that request (for example a video's transcript and title) may be processed by AI service providers (such as OpenAI, Google Gemini and Anthropic) only to generate the output you asked for.
You can delete your data at any time:
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Access tokens for connected accounts are encrypted at rest, and access to data is limited to what is needed to run the service.
We use cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences (for example language). You can manage cookies in your browser settings.
Manaliza Pro is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
We may update this policy. The "Last Updated" date above shows the latest version; significant changes will be announced in the service.
