Terms of Service

1. Parties and acceptance

These Terms of Service set the rules between Manaliza ("we") and the person or organization ("you") using the manaliza.pro website, web app and Android app (the "service"). By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms. How we process your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization to these terms.

2. The service

Manaliza offers a live streaming studio (Reji Live), AI-powered short video creation (Shorts), SEO suggestions for YouTube videos, the Editor's Desk (rundown boards, news library, bulletins, news videos), teams and connected platform accounts.

We may change, add or remove features to improve the service. Some features and platform connections are rolled out gradually and may not appear in every account at the same time.

3. Account and sign-in

• We do not use passwords: you sign in with a 6-digit code we send to your email address; if you do not have an account, it is created on your first sign-in. In the Android app you can also sign in with your Google account.
• You are responsible for the security of your email account; anyone with access to your email can also sign in to your Manaliza account. You are responsible for the activity in your account.
• You must use an accurate email address. You must be at least 16 years old to use the service, and you must have the legal capacity to enter into a contract if you buy a paid plan.
• Addresses ending in @manaliza.com are reserved for internal accounts of the Manaliza team.

4. Teams

You can create a team and invite others by email. Team members see and edit the content in the team's workspace according to their roles (owner, editor, viewer); platform accounts connected to a team are used in that team's workspace. The team owner is responsible for who joins the team and for their actions within it.

5. Live studio, guests and recordings

• Your guests join with an invite link, without creating an account; they first enter the backstage, and you decide who goes on stage. Share the invite link only with the people you want to invite; anyone with the link can try to enter your studio as a guest.
• It is your responsibility to tell your guests, and anyone seen or heard in the broadcast, in advance that the broadcast may be streamed live, recorded and turned into clips, and to obtain any permissions needed.
• Broadcast recordings belong to the owner of the account that made the broadcast. For broadcasts in a team workspace, the recordings are that team's content and are managed by the team owner.
• Media files you upload for a broadcast are deleted when the broadcast ends; files in your brand library are kept. Retention periods are in our Privacy Policy.
• You must follow the community guidelines and streaming rules of the platforms you broadcast to (for example YouTube).

6. Your content and rights

• You own the content you upload and create with Manaliza (videos, recordings, clips, texts, images); to the extent the law allows, the output we create for you also belongs to you.
• So that we can provide the service, you give us permission to store and process your content (for example to cut it, transcribe it, and create subtitles and covers), to share it with your team and to publish it on the platforms you choose. This permission is only for providing the service and ends when you delete the content or close your account (copies on platforms where you published are subject to that platform's rules).
• You confirm that you hold the rights, or have obtained the necessary permissions, for everything you upload and publish (including music, footage, logos, and your guests' image and voice).
• Stock and web images suggested for clips may belong to third parties; checking their licenses before use is up to you.
• If a rights holder reports that their content is being used without permission, we may remove the content or restrict access to it. Send notices to info@manaliza.com.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use Manaliza to:

• create or spread illegal content, or facilitate illegal activity;
• infringe other people's copyright, trademark, personality or privacy rights;
• spread hate speech, harassment, threats, incitement to violence or discrimination;
• share any content involving the abuse of children (in which case we close the account and report it to the authorities);
• spread misleading content, commit fraud, send spam, or impersonate a person or organization;
• collect or disclose other people's personal data unlawfully;
• try to bypass the service's security, upload malware, overload the service, collect data by automated means, or get around credit and plan limits;
• break the rules of the platforms you connect, such as YouTube, Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn.

If these rules are not followed, we may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or close the account.

8. Connected accounts and third-party platforms

• When you connect a platform account, you allow Manaliza to carry out the actions you start on that account on your behalf (for example uploading a video, creating a live broadcast, sharing a post). You can disconnect at any time under Settings → Integrations.
• Manaliza uses YouTube API Services. By using the YouTube features you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service; Google's data practices are described in the Google Privacy Policy.
• Each platform's own terms and rules apply. We are not responsible for platform outages, rule changes or decisions they make about your content.
• You are responsible for keeping the stream keys you enter for other streaming destinations secret.

9. AI output

Clip selections, subtitles, title, description and tag suggestions, news texts and images are created with AI and may be wrong, incomplete or inappropriate. Check them before you publish; you are responsible for the content you publish.

10. Plans, trial and payment

• Free plan: free of charge, with limited monthly allowances (for example the number of Shorts and live streaming time). The current limits are shown on the Plans page in the app.
• Paid plans are monthly or yearly subscriptions. Prices are in US dollars (USD). The checkout page may also show the amount in Turkish lira; in that case the amount to be charged is shown on the checkout page before you pay. Payments are taken through Stripe.
• 30-day free trial: every paid plan starts with a 30-day free trial, once per account. Your card is collected on the checkout page. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged; if you do not cancel, the price of the plan you chose is charged automatically when the trial ends.
• Automatic renewal: the subscription renews automatically at the end of each period (month or year) until you cancel, and is charged to your saved payment method.
• Cancellation: you can cancel at any time in the app under Plan & usage → Manage subscription. You keep using your plan until the end of the period you paid for, then you return to the Free plan.
• Plan changes: if you move to a higher plan, the price difference for the rest of the period is calculated and billed, and the extra allowances of the new plan are added to your account right away. A move to a lower plan takes effect at the next renewal.
• Credits: credits are used for SEO and video processing (1 processed minute = 1 credit). The monthly credits that come with your plan are renewed each period; any unused part does not roll over to the next period. On yearly plans, the monthly credits are granted every month. With one-time credit purchases you get 20 credits per $1; credits you buy do not expire.
• If a payment fails, you will be asked to update your payment method under Manage subscription; if payment keeps failing, the subscription may end.
• Price changes: if we change the price of your subscription, we will tell you in advance; the new price applies from the next period.

11. Availability of the service

We work to provide the service without interruptions or errors, but we cannot guarantee it. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, security, or reasons outside our or our providers' control. Keep your own copies of important content; for example, Shorts clip files are deleted 7 days after they are created.

12. Suspension and closure of your account

You can close your account at any time; see the Data Deletion page for how. We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, if the law requires it, or if it is needed for the security of the service and other users. Where possible, we will tell you in advance and explain why.

13. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or data, decisions made by platforms, or damages arising from content you publish. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. You are responsible for claims made against us by third parties because you broke these terms.

These terms do not remove the legal rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. The latest date is shown at the top of the page; we announce significant changes in the service. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms; if you do not accept them, you can close your account.

15. General provisions

These terms apply within the framework of applicable law. If any provision is held invalid, the other provisions are not affected. If the Turkish and English texts differ, the Turkish text prevails.
